Announcement: K League United signs partnership MOU with Record Pizza & TNT FC
The agreement establishes a collaborative framework across media production, brand exposure, and club promotion, creating a new model linking Korean division football with a global football content platform.
The MOU is multifaceted. Record Pizza will sponsor K League United Podcasts and website content, while TNT FC will grant exclusive access for K League United to tell the story of one of the most unique clubs in Korea’s football division system.
Through the partnership, K League United will feature the Record Pizza brand across our media platforms and host football events and cultural content at Record Pizza for fans of various nationalities residing in Korea.
Yangcheon TNT FC will benefit from K League United’s global media network, allowing the club’s story and player development journeys to reach overseas audiences. As part of the collaboration, K League United will spotlight TNT FC through a dedicated “TNT FC Corner” on the podcast, monthly feature articles, and Player in Focus content, with the aim of expanding the club’s international fanbase and highlighting the grassroots spirit of lower-division football.
Paul Neat, Co-Editor-in-Chief of K League United, said, “We felt that the philosophy and values pursued by K League United are very similar to the direction TNT FC is heading in,” adding, “We look forward to creating synergy in various ways through collaboration with Record Pizza and TNT FC.”
Kim Seok-young, CEO of Record Pizza, stated, “This agreement goes beyond simple brand exposure and marks a meaningful starting point for creating storytelling-based sports content together. Through a new media collaboration model connecting fans, brands, and clubs, we aim to grow alongside sports culture.”
Kim Tae-ryung, CEO of Yangcheon TNT FC, added, “This is a great opportunity to deliver news of Korean division football not only to foreigners living in Korea but also to global football fans. We are grateful to K League United for proposing this collaboration, and we look forward to global media, a sports pub, and a football club working together to create fresh projects.”
This agreement is significant in that it goes beyond a simple sponsorship and represents a cooperative model in which media, brand, and club are organically connected. Record Pizza will expand the sports fan experience, TNT FC will secure global exposure, and K League United will strengthen content diversity and on-the-ground storytelling in a mutually complementary structure.
