KLU Pod EXTRA | The End of Ricardo Peres' Era at Busan IPark

This week's K League United Podcast takes a look at how things stood in the final days of Busan IPark manager Ricardo Peres and the challenges that face Busan ahead. Busan columnist Dowon Lee calls in to give us a run down of what has been going wrong at the club.
Sometimes things don't go to plan.

That is something that can be said of this week's podcast and also the tenure of Ricardo Peres at Busan IPark,

This week’s episode was originally scheduled to be a K League 2 special but, in a case of timing things too well, Wednesday’s news of Busan IPark manager Ricardo Peres being fired by the club has somewhat scuppered what we had began writing and recording just two days earlier.

To discuss Busan IPark’s managerial woes, Matthew Binns was joined by our columnist Dowon Lee in Adelaide who took time out of his busy schedule to explain where it is all going wrong for Peres, only for the news to break afterwards.

Without wanting to discard the interview, and repurpose it as a view from the final days of Peres’ tenure and the issues facing Busan IPark, we thought we'd give listeners an idea of how things stood on Monday evening for the club and their season.
