KLU Pod | Cupsets and the ASEAN Player Quota

The ever unpredictable Korean FA Cup outdid itself in round four with several K League 1 teams bowing out to lower division competition. Along with the numerous Cupsets also came the news of a new foreign player quota for K League specifically targeting Southeast Asian talent.

Following a wild fourth round of the FA Cup, Ryan WaltersScott Whitelock, and Michael Redmond break down the numerous Cupsets and answer your questions to determine what went wrong for the first division sides in the tournament. Later, Football Tribe's Southeast Asia Editor Gian Chansrichawla calls in to discuss the new ASEAN Player Quota set to start in K League next season and go over some of the Thai players that might make the move to Korean shores. All that and more in the latest edition of the K League United Podcast.
