The K League United Elimination Game - Round 7

With Saturday's fixtures taking no casualties, Sunday certainly made things interesting with a number of competitors losing lives. With many now on their last chance, this weekend has the potential to be the death knell for a number of players. With that in mind, here is the entry form for round seven of the K League United Elimination Game!

Round Six Roundup

"On Saturday night, I was sure that this was going to be a relatively calm weekend. After all, only two people lost lives and one of those was by being late in choosing."

"Then Sunday came and  struggling Gangwon recorded their fourth loss in a row against a REALLY struggling Daegu giving Daegu their first win and costing four of our players’ a life, two of whom are no longer with us. Alex Cook and Andy Clay both played a smart game, but sometimes you have to think outside the box."

"Daegu vs Gangwon was also our largest head-to-head of the week with three players choosing Daegu and four players choosing Gangwon. Other head to heads included five players choosing Suwon Bluewings at home against one player choosing Sangju. Honestly, that wasn’t a bad bet choosing Suwon Bluewings to not win at home; this weekend was their first recorded win at home all season."

"Our game now has 32 players. Four players remain perfect, and 14 of the participants have a single life left, but anything can happen."
-Jon Cristian

Rules

Choose a team that you think will not lose this weekend, but you cannot select a side you have previously picked in the first six rounds. If your team is defeated, you lose a life. When you have no lives remaining, then it is game over for you.

Teams must be in twenty four hours prior to the first kick off. For this week, that deadline is Friday 20th April at 2:00pm KST.

If you miss the deadline, you will lose a life.

Please enter using the form at bottom of this article. If you wish to change your decision prior to the deadline, please contact either Jon Christian or site editor Matthew Binns. You can also contact them if you cannot remember which teams you selected in previous rounds, though please make sure to check for your name in our previous weekly posts if you can.

Prizes

Besides the everlasting admiration of your fellow K League supporter, we are also giving away a K League United kit (both shirt and shorts), in addition to a standard match ticket (home or away) for any competition featuring a K League side playing in Korea in the current or following season. Tickets will not be offered for matches outside of the country.

For those wishing to partake from outside of the Korea peninsula, the K League United kit will be sent out to you free of charge via a standard international shipping service

Fixtures

As mentioned above, this game only takes place on the weekend when both leagues are playing unless stated otherwise, in which case you will be contacted via email with generous notice.
