KLU Pod | FA Cup QF Recap, K League 1 and 2 Updates

The Semi-Finals of the FA Cup are set and the table in both of the top divisions well and truly begins to take shape as we look back on the past week!

For the first time in a long time, Ryan Walters, is joined by Matthew Binns and Peter Hampshire to recap another busy week in Korean football.

The conversation begins with the Quarter-Finals of the FA Cup that saw Jeonnam upset POSCO rivals Pohang, Gangwon defeat Suwon at home, Ulsan see off plucky underdogs Yangju, and Daegu pull off a late miracle to defeat Gimcheon Sangmu.

The party continues in the second segment where the three go over the weekend's action from K League 2 and assess how good Gimcheon are right now and which teams still have a chance at making the playoffs.

Eulji Lewis

Finally, attention turns to the top flight where Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors continue to catch up to league leaders Ulsan as they make up their games in hand.

A jam-packed Eulji Lewis Mailbag sees questions ranging from wanting mangers fired to Jeonnam's struggles at home and everything in between. All that and more in this edition of the K League United Podcast!
