KLU Pod | 5th Anniversary Best XI

In honor of K League United's fifth anniversary, our hosts pick a Best XI from the talent they've seen on display since 2015.

Ryan WaltersMatthew Binns and Paul Neat are back together again (at a distance) to celebrate five years of K League United. To do so, the three pick a Best XI featuring players from 2015 onwards with just two simple rules: the player has to have played a full twelve months in the league to qualify, and it has to be a 4-4-2 formation.

Starting with a somewhat contentious choice for goalkeeper, the three eventually make their way to the back line starting with outside backs, then moving into central defense. In the second segment, they each make a passionate plea for Left Wing while agreeing almost unanimously for every other midfield position. Lastly, the hosts hash out the two options up top with some surprises thrown into the mix.

For the first time in a long time, they also welcome back the Eulji Lewis Mailbag with a mix of questions from the live stream and those sent in beforehand. All that and more in this edition of the K League United Podcast.
