KLU Pod | 2020 K1 Season Preview

The top spots in the 2020 edition K League 1 look to be closely contested as a number of teams have solidified already strong rosters this winter. Our writers across the country chime in with their thoughts.

Once again we enter the K League 1 season with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors as favorites to repeat, but several teams have strengthened extremely well over the winter and according to a few of our writers, there will be upsets.  Ryan Walters and Paul Neat are joined by Peter Hampshire in studio for the first time and host of K1 writers on the phone to preview 2020. Together they go over all 12 first division teams notable moves, needs, key players, young players to watch, biggest questions, and reasons to watch.

In the second segment, the hosts look ahead and attempt to predict the individual award winners for this season with a few bold claims. The prognostication gets far bolder when they go over their bottom to top K1 table for 2020.

Finally, they open the Eulji Lewis Mailbag to answer your questions about title challengers and potential transfers. All that and more in this edition of The K League United Podcast.
